What this space is

There are times when what we need most isn’t bodywork—it’s space. Space to talk, to offload, to make sense of what’s been sitting heavy, or simply to not feel so alone in it.
Over time, I’ve noticed more and more clients arriving not quite ready to settle onto the table—needing a moment to land, to exhale, to be heard first. Some arrive in tears. Others are holding so much it feels like it might spill over at any moment. In these moments, the most important part of the session becomes the space to simply be with what’s there.
I’ve often given this time freely, because it matters. But to continue offering this level of care in a sustainable way, I’ve created this as an intentional add-on or standalone service.
Sometimes, you don’t need advice or solutions.
You just need a space to speak freely, be listened to, and feel supported.
These sessions offer a calm, grounded environment where you can talk about what’s on your mind, without pressure, without judgement, or expectation.
You’re welcome to bring whatever feels present — whether that’s stress, overwhelm, life transitions, or simply the need to be heard.

What this space is not
This is not professional counselling, therapy, or a mental health service. I do not provide diagnosis, clinical advice, or treatment for mental health conditions.
While this space can sit alongside other forms of support, if you are needing therapeutic or clinical support, I encourage working with a qualified health professional.
How Sessions Work
Sessions are relaxed and client-led.
You might spend the time talking, sitting in quiet reflection, or simply having space to process your thoughts out loud. There’s no expectation to “go anywhere” or figure anything out — the focus is on creating a steady, supportive environment where you can feel heard.
This space may feel supportive if you’re feeling overwhelmed, holding a lot without an outlet, or wanting to be heard without being analysed or “fixed”.
