Cancellation Policy

Unify Body and Being has a cancellation policy to respect the time allocated, and give the therapist enough time to potentially fill the spot. Please be mindful that we are a small local business, and this is our income, which can be greatly affected by last minute cancellations.

Please where possible give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or postpone your appointment to a different date and time, to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost. The full treatment cost may be charged if less than 8 hours notice is given, this is at the owners discretion. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full price of your session.

If you have purchased an Ongoing Support plan, and less than 8 hours notice is given, the session will be deducted from the plan.

Transfer Appointment?

  1. It could be possible to transfer your appointment to someone else you know if you are unable to make the appointment, as long as they are happy to pay for the appointment. Note this is at the owners discretion. If the person is a new client, this requires a longer appointment, and may not fit within the available schedule.
