Both Fascial Unwinding and Holistic Pulsing are gentle,
mind-body approaches designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Both modalities can assist in releasing tension, unprocessed emotions, trauma, and ingrained movement patterns. Despite overlapping outcomes, the experience and methodology differ significantly.
