Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact Michelle 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled last minute or no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the session will be charged, at the owners discretion. We may be turning down an appointment in your spot, so we appreciate you respecting our time.
For new clients, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. If you do not wish to pay this online through the website, please text or email Michelle, and I can provide you with our bank account number.
We do understand that sometimes life happens, and this can be difficult. If something unavoidable happens, please let me know, and we may be able to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
