Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact Michelle 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is cancelled last minute or no-show, the full cost of the session will be charged. We may be turning down an appointment in your spot, so we appreciate you respecting our time.
For new clients, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. If you do not wish to pay this online through the website, please select "Manual payment" at checkout, and the bank account will show in the confirmation email..
We do understand that sometimes life happens, and this can be difficult. If something unavoidable happens, please let me know, and we may be able to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
