Unify Body & Being offers massage therapy, somatic body work with holistic pulsing and fascial unwinding, wellness support, and a small online shop all designed to support wellbeing, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.

These services are complementary wellness services and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or emergency care.

Health & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information prior to treatment and informing the practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, medications, or changes in health.

Sessions may be declined, modified, or stopped if treatment is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Results & Outcomes

Bodywork outcomes vary between individuals. While treatments aim to support relaxation, comfort, mobility, and wellbeing, no guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes.

Professional Boundaries

All services provided by Unify Body & Being are strictly professional therapeutic wellness services.

Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, intoxication, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.

Bookings & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full session fee unless the appointment can be filled.

This helps protect appointment availability and supports the sustainability of the business.

If you are unwell or contagious, please reschedule your appointment as early as possible.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Prices and services may change at any time without notice.

Liability

Clients participate in treatments voluntarily and understand that all bodywork carries some level of physical response or risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Unify Body & Being is not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions, reactions to products or treatments, or indirect loss arising from use of services or this website.

Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand legislation.
