OUR APPROACH
A deeply client- led way of working.
My background in social work, combined with years of hands-on bodywork experience, has shaped a deeply client-led way of working. I bring a trauma-aware, attuned approach into every session, creating a space where you don't need to push, perform, or have the "right" response.
This is a space where your body is listened to, your pace is respected, and your experience is met with care.
I also have a special interest in supporting people experiencing stress, overwhelm, burnout, and ongoing physical tension, as well as those navigating long-term or complex conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, brain injury, and reduced mobility. I also work with neurodivergent individuals and children with sensory needs. As a mother of a neurodivergent young adult, this work is also personally informed.

THE STUDIO
A calm, warm, and quiet space.
The Unify Body and Being studio is a calm, warm, and quiet space designed to help you settle from the moment you arrive.
Our intention is simple — to support a relaxed, therapeutic experience where you can fully unwind and reset. Customer parking is available by the studio.
TRAINING
Evolving from technique to attunement.
Over the past seven years, my practice has evolved from technique-led massage into gentle, responsive body–mind therapies that work with the body, not against it.
In that search, I trained across a wide range of massage and bodywork modalities — including remedial, deep tissue, relaxation, and pregnancy massage, as well as approaches such as myofascial release, fascia unwinding, holistic pulsing, and other bodywork styles — refining my approach through both study and lived practice.
Rather than working within a fixed style, I now draw from this foundation to meet each person where they are, allowing the body and nervous system to guide the session.
When the nervous system feels safe, the body can soften, unwind, and release long-held tension and protective patterns — often with more meaningful, lasting results.
Alongside this, my Bachelor of Social Work underpins the way I hold space — trauma-aware, client-led, and grounded in curiosity — creating a space where you can feel safe to soften, reconnect, and be met exactly as you are.
ACCESSIBLE SUPPORT
Healing often begins with a conversation.
If you're going through a particularly difficult time and cost feels like a barrier, you're welcome to reach out. While I can't promise a particular outcome, I'm always happy to have a conversation and explore what support or options might be available for your individual circumstances.
For existing clients, I also offer ways to maintain ongoing support through our loyalty card, referral discounts, and ongoing support series.
