OUR APPROACH

Working with the body, not against it.

My work has naturally evolved into a more whole-body, nervous system-informed approach — one that follows your body's lead, rather than imposing a fixed technique.

THE EVOLUTION

From technique-led to body-led.

Over seven years, my practice has evolved from technique-led massage into gentle, responsive body–mind therapies. Rather than working within a fixed style, I now draw from a broad foundation to meet each person where they are.

This shift has been shaped not only by further training, but by what I consistently see in practice: when the nervous system feels safe, the body can soften, unwind, and release long-held tension and protective patterns — often with more meaningful, lasting results.

I now work in a slower, more attuned way — moving away from force and pressure, and toward approaches that support deep regulation and reconnection.

THE PRINCIPLES

Three principles that guide every session.

Safety First

When the nervous system feels safe, the body can soften, unwind, and release long-held tension. Every session begins with creating that safety.

Nervous System-Informed

Rather than working against the body, sessions support regulation — helping shift from stress mode into rest, recovery, and reconnection.

Body-Led, Not Force-Led

Moving away from force and pressure, toward approaches that allow the body and nervous system to guide the session at their own pace.

THE MODALITIES

A blend of techniques, adapted to your body.

Myofascial Release

Gentle, sustained pressure that releases restrictions in the fascia — the connective tissue that wraps through your entire body.

Holistic Pulsing

Rhythmic, flowing movement that invites the body to let go at its own pace, supporting deep relaxation and release.

Fascial Unwinding

A body-led process where held patterns of tension are allowed to unwind naturally, guided by what your body communicates.

Massage

Grounded in years of training across remedial, deep tissue, relaxation, and pregnancy massage — adapted to meet you where you are.

"This is not about fixing your body — it's about supporting it to do what it already knows how to do."

Trauma-Informed

THE FOUNDATION

Grounded in social work.

My Bachelor of Social Work underpins the way I hold space — trauma-aware, client-led, and grounded in curiosity. This foundation shapes everything about how sessions unfold: there's no need to push, perform, or have the "right" response.

I also have a special interest in supporting people experiencing stress, overwhelm, burnout, and ongoing physical tension, as well as those navigating long-term or complex conditions such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, brain injury, and reduced mobility.

I also work with neurodivergent individuals and children with sensory needs. As a mother of a neurodivergent young adult, this work is also personally informed.
